Services

I provide professional photography and creative production services, including but not limited to portrait photography, fashion photography, commercial photo shoots, and content creation.

All services are provided on a pre-booking basis and subject to availability.

Fine Art Prints

I also offer fine art photography prints created from my original photographic works.

All prints are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Payments

Payments are accepted online and via bank transfer.

Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm a booking or order.

Cancellations and Refunds

Photography services:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for rescheduling.
• Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Fine art prints:

• Due to the made-to-order nature of prints, refunds or returns are not available unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Intellectual Property

All photographs and visual materials remain the intellectual property of SERGIO MAiiS / Sergey Zhdanov unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
