First Published in KALTBLUT: A Milestone Two Rejections in the Making

What makes this moment even more special is that the magazine accepted not one, but two of my editorials. The first published story is “Georgian Story from Tbilisi.”

The journey to this publication was not straightforward. I had submitted work to KALTBLUT twice before, and both times my editorials were rejected. Like every photographer, I questioned whether my work was strong enough for international publications. But instead of giving up, I continued shooting, improving, experimenting, and developing my own visual language.

Persistence paid off.

Georgian Story from Tbilisi

The editorial was photographed in Tbilisi, Georgia, featuring Greek model Tasos Pappas Petridis. The story combines the atmosphere of the city with a sporty, contemporary aesthetic, bringing together pieces from ORTTU and Adidas.

My goal was to capture a sense of freedom, movement, and masculine energy while showcasing the unique character of Tbilisi. From urban locations to panoramic city views, every frame was designed to feel authentic, effortless, and connected to the environment.

The result became an exclusive male model feature published by KALTBLUT.

Why This Publication Matters

Since picking up a camera, I have worked with models, agencies, brands, and magazines across different countries. Every publication is important, but some carry a special meaning.

KALTBLUT was one of those magazines.

After two unsuccessful submissions, seeing my work featured on their platform feels less like a lucky break and more like a reminder that consistency matters. Often the difference between rejection and success is simply continuing to create.

Having not only one but two editorials accepted by the magazine makes this achievement even more rewarding.

Looking Forward

This publication is not the final destination. It is another step forward in a journey that started with a camera, a passion for storytelling, and a desire to create images that connect fashion, personality, and emotion.

There are many more projects ahead, new editorials to produce, and new magazines to reach.

But for now, I am celebrating this milestone:
